I am best suited to work with adults who: feel helpless and overwhelmed and have little hope for the future; have a dual diagnosis - if you experience more than one clinical problem, e.g. depression and substance abuse; have severe mental health issues e.g. trauma, and suicidal ideation; have relationship problems; continue to repeat the same patterns that provide the same negative outcomes; and experience psychotic symptoms such as paranoia, visual and tactile hallucinations, and hearing voices.
